DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL

Royal Living Development Group Inc. (2564830 Ontario Limited) has submitted an application to amend the City of Hamilton’s Comprehensive Zoning By-law 05-200 to allow the redevelopment of 1020 Upper James Street (previously occupied by a funeral home) for development of an eight (8) storey mixed use building, consisting of ground floor commercial, 99 residential units and one (1) level of underground parking.
